In 1993, Daniel “George” Cain, Steven “D.” Wilson, and Steven “Alan” Frank combined their waterproofing, construction, and business expertise to form The George D. Alan Company. Their goal was simple: build a waterproofing firm centered on superior customer service, a motivated team, and a strong business foundation.
Over the years, the company expanded across the Southwest. Our mission remains the same, and we proudly continue our tradition of unmatched customer care.
