Foreman:
  • T&M forms are to be found & filled out daily on the approved form.
  • Keep labor, materials, and equipment cost for T&M work separate from all other work.
  • Be sure to include drive time and time spent picking up material.
  • In the Time/Payroll System, report T&M work separate from any production items that are part of contract work. Select T&M as work type.
  • List all materials and equipment, including shop and inventory supplies and company owned equipment used on T&M sheet.
  • Provide photos of work complete with T&M report.
  • Submit T&M reports and have them signed daily by customer.

*Standard Labor Rates are $58.00 per hour (Waterproofer/Caulker), $78.00 per hour (Foreman), and $90.00(Project Manager) Portal to Portal, Cost + 20% on materials and equipment unless other contractual agreements have been made. Travel will be charged at the hourly rate + $0.54 per mile. In addition, per diem and hotel will be added at $125/man per day for any project in excess of 100 miles from our office. Any bond or other fees are excluded. *Overtime Labor Rates are $77.00 per hour (Waterproofer/Caulker), $90.00 per hour (Foreman) $135.00 per hour (Project Manager). Charges for the work described above will be billed separately from any existing contract work unless a change order is received within ten (10) calendar days from the date listed above. Terms for any extra work billing (not turned into a change order) will be Net 30 – No Retainage.
